COLLECT by YELLOWS PLUS では、眼鏡をご購入いただいたお客様へ快適にご使用いただくために定期的にメンテナンスサービスを行っております。掛け心地チェック、見え方チェック、取り扱い方法チェック等、長く安心してお使いいただくために各項目の確認をさせていただきます。またメンテナンスは店舗にお持ちいただければ、いつでも対応させていただきますのでお気軽にご相談ください。

フレームの傾き
人の顔は耳の高さや眉のライン、目の位置などが少しずつ異なります。その特徴に合わせてフレームの傾きを整え、視線がレンズの中心よりやや上にくるよう調整します。自然で快適な掛け心地につながります。

ズレ落ちの調整
正しい位置に掛けられていない眼鏡は、日常の動作でズレ落ちやすくなります。耳や鼻の形に合わせて掛け具合を見直し、安定したフィット感を保ちます。長時間掛けてもストレスのない装用感を目指します。

目とレンズの距離
目とレンズの距離が適正でないと、見え方に違和感が出たり疲れの原因になります。平均で12mm 前後を基準に調整し、検眼で得られた視力をしっかり反映させます。

フレームと顔の幅
フレーム幅が顔に合っていないと、締め付けやズレの原因になるほか、印象にも影響します。テンプルの開き具合を整え、顔立ちに自然に馴染む掛け姿に仕上げます。

耳とテンプルの位置
テンプルの角度や耳への当たり方は、快適さを大きく左右します。耳の後ろにかかる部分を丁寧に調整し、ズレにくく長時間でも負担の少ない掛け心地を実現します。

ネジの緩み
使用を重ねるとネジが緩み、フレームの歪みや破損につながることがあります。定期的にネジをチェックし、その場で締め直すことで安心して長くご使用いただけます。

フレームの汚れ
フレームやレンズには、指紋や埃、水滴、化粧品や整髪料などが日常的に付着します。そのままにしておくと視界不良や劣化の原因になることも。日常的には柔らかい布での拭き取りを、しつこい汚れや細部のクリーニングは店舗でのケアをおすすめします。

Every person's face is slightly different in terms of ear height, eyebrow line, eye position, etc.
Adjust the frame tilt to match these characteristics, positioning the line of sight slightly above the center of the lens. This leads to a natural and comfortable fit. -
Adjusting for misalignment
Glasses that are not properly positioned tend to slip off during everyday activities.
Adjust the fit to match the shape of your ears and nose ensuring a stable, comfortable feel. We aim for an stress-free wearing experience, even during extended use. -
Distance between the eye and the lens
If the distance between your eyes and the lenses is not correct, it can cause discomfort and fatigue. Adjust to an average of around 12mm and it accurately reflects the visual acuity obtained through an eye examination.

Frame and face width
If the frame width doesn't fit your face, it can cause tightness or slippage, and also affect your overall impression.
Adjust the temple opening to achieve a natural fit that blends seamlessly with your facial features. -
Position of the ear and temple
The angle of the temples and how they rest on the ears greatly affect comfort.
We carefully adjust the part that rests behind the ear to minimize slippage and provide a comfortable fit that reduces strain even during extended wear. -
Loose screw
Repeated use may cause screws to loosen, potentially leading to frame distortion or damage.
By regularly checking the screws and retightening them, you can use the product for a long time with peace of mind. -
Frame dirt
Frames and lenses routinely accumulate fingerprints, dust, water droplets, cosmetics, and hair products. Leaving it as is may cause poor visibility or deterioration.
For daily maintenance, we recommend wiping with a soft cloth. For stubborn stains and detailed cleaning, we recommend professional care at our store.
